  • We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.


3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted.


4. Health & Safety

  • Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the client’s health.


5. Refunds & Returns

  • Service fees are non-refundable.
